Learn more about us → rooksagency.com/about Job Summary We’re looking for a Content Creator / Graphic Designer who brings creativity, technical skill, and results-driven thinking to every project. You’ll produce compelling content across digital and print — including graphics, short-form video, and social media campaigns — with a strong focus on generating engagement and sales for our clients. This role combines design, video editing, and AI-driven creativity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sora, VEO 3, Runway, and Midjourney, and thrives in an environment where innovation and performance go hand-in-hand. Responsibilities • Design and produce graphics for social media, web, and print • Capture and edit photos and videos for content creation • Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) • Use AI tools (Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance creative output and efficiency • Manage and schedule posts via Sprout Social or similar platforms • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative strategies • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns • Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign results • Stay ahead of trends in social media, AI video, and design Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • 2+ years of experience in content creation, design, or digital marketing • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) • Strong visual design and storytelling skills • Experience creating both digital and print materials • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social advertising • Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Preferred Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field • Photography experience (preferred) • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc • Experience with AI and generative video tools (Sora, Veo 3, Runway, etc.) • Experience with home service or small business clients Schedule • Full-time | 8-hour shift • In-person at our Bradenton, FL office Compensation • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for professional growth and creative development Application Requirements All applicants must include a portfolio (link or attachment).
