We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work. This role will partner with business leaders in Human Resources, Sales, Operations and Finance to create and maintain the compensation programs that are key to Loadsmart’s continued success. The Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing processes and calculating incentives that attract, retain, and reward our employees for their hard work. As an organization experiencing hyper-growth this is more than an administrative role. This is an opportunity to help build and calculate the incentive programs that help power the rocket. Job Type: Exempt DEPARTMENT: HR LOCATION: Remote US WHAT YOU GET TO DO: • Create and administer the annual merit process • Create sales incentive plans and work with sales leaders on the annual sales incentive plans updates • Calculate and process all variable incentive plans • Identify and recommend ways we can utilize new and existing systems to streamline incentive calculations and provide greater transparency • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as the Finance team to ensure compliance with compensation related projects • Ensure timely and accurate pay data is communicated to compensation partners • Create standardized and ad-hoc reporting for leadership related to compensation • Identify and create relevant compensation planning tools, process improvements, change management, and communications action plans. • Provide expert guidance on salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation-related decisions • Ensure Loadsmarts compensation philosophy and practices are aligned with the overall business strategy and make recommendations when they no longer meet the needs of the business REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 3-5 years of experience in compensation • Prior experience in the design and administration of Sales Compensation Plans • Prior experience in creating and managing a compensation merit cycle • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Action-oriented, hands-on, able to work independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency • Advanced Excel and arenaflex Sheets skills to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports; ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making • Ability to successfully interact with all levels, including senior management, and influence decision-making • Handle confidential information with discretionAbility to work flexibly to align with monthly deadlines WORKING AT LOADSMART: G • Competitive base salaries – we believe in rewarding top talent • Extremely competitive Equity package – become a shareholder in our company! • Loadie Time Off – PTO and sick days without a limit • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans (US applied) • 401k Match Apply today!
