Community Manager Position Summary: Delinea’s Customer Community plays an integral role in supporting customers’ success at scale. It is available to every Delinea customer and centralizes peer learning, best practice guidance, on-demand demos, communications, and customer events. It also serves as the backbone for content related to customers’ journey, from onboarding through renewal. The Community Manager role will engage community members, facilitate conversations and QA, develop, manage, and organize content, and facilitate community events and communications to help customer admins optimize their organizations’ use of the Delinea platform and build strong, sticking relationships. This individual contributor role is ideal for a cross-functionally minded, collaborative professional looking to grow their skills in communications, content, customer education, marketing, and/or customer success. What You’ll Do: Engage with customers in the Delinea community forum through posting, responding, campaigns, and gamification. Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to create and execute a content calendar that helps customers unlock the value of their Delinea solution. Support customer events including virtual office hours, roundtables, webinars, and occasional in person user groups. Produce Delinea’s monthly customer newsletter. Day-to-day management of Delinea’s Secret Society community site (powered by Gainsight): user management, analytics, and integration with Delinea’s CRM. What You'll Bring: 2-4 years related experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, or similar. BA degree or equivalent Great written and in-person communication a must! Comfortable organizing and facilitating customer meetings and small events Experience with product communications, customer communications, and customer storytelling/advocacy Experience with SaaS, community platforms, and CRMs a plus Delinea Culture & Benefits: Why work at Delinea?
