Minimum Requirements/Additional Info: • High School Diploma or GED • One year of customer service experience is preferred • We need you to have your own PC and high-speed Internet service, both of which will be tested as part of the application process. • A Desktop PC is preferred and it’s recommended that you have Windows 8.1 (or higher) and OSX 10.13+ (or later). • A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home at work. • A telephone, landline or cell is required based on the position offered. • A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously. Also, a typing test will be a part of the application process. • We need you to be a people person who enjoys talking and assisting others.
