Clinical Research Associate

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing medical research and improving patient care. In this exciting position, you will oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to groundbreaking studies. Your expertise will guide the management of clinical data and patient monitoring, making a significant impact on the future of healthcare. What you’ll do • Manage and supervise clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines. • Conduct thorough documentation reviews to maintain compliance with FDA regulations and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. • Monitor patient progress throughout the study, collecting vital signs and ensuring safety while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection and management, utilizing statistical software for analysis. • Review and ensure compliance with CDISC standards in all clinical data submissions. • Conduct blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures as required, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Maintain accurate records of trial activities, including patient interactions, data entries, and compliance management reports. • Provide training and support to junior staff members on clinical development processes and best practices. Basic qualifications • ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate from any valid issuer for California. • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies. Preferred qualifications • Previous experience in supervising clinical trials or managing research projects. • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and data management tools. • Clinical laboratory experience is a plus, along with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
