CLINICAL RECRUITING SPECIALIST- REMOTE

About the position The Clinical Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the recruiting function within a healthcare organization. This position involves performing administrative and support duties, conducting research, and engaging in analytical and reporting activities. The Specialist is integral to the front-end recruiting process, coordinating daily activities such as candidate interviews, travel arrangements, and offer letters, while also providing support for back-end recruiting and hiring escalations. The role requires building strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders to ensure an efficient and effective interview process, ultimately enhancing the applicant experience throughout the hiring journey. Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage the overall recruitment process including candidate correspondence, interview scheduling, and candidate travel arrangements. • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition organization and assist recruiters in all aspects of recruiting. • Assist with scheduling interviews, video conferences, and developing itineraries for candidates. • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and obtain proper authorization for expenses. • Manage meeting room arrangements and agendas for multiple events, including candidate interviews. • Send and coordinate travel and interview itineraries, benefit information, job descriptions, and other necessary documents. • Build strong relationships with hiring Clinical and Operational leaders to ensure an efficient interview process. • Ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process. • Attend interviews as necessary to support the recruitment process. • Utilize systems to obtain reports, searches, and listings related to recruitment. • Collaborate with Credentialing and Onboarding teams to provide updates to Senior Clinical Recruiters and leadership. • Monitor candidate onboarding progress and report back to Senior Clinical Recruiters and management. • Provide accurate and timely recruiting reporting updates to various stakeholders. • Participate in DYAD calls to provide recruitment updates as necessary. • Initiate work Visa processes and liaise with Immigration Support Specialists and the Legal Department. • Request Sanction Checks, Work Orders, and Pre-boarding as needed. • Provide information to employees and managers regarding open positions and recruitment processes. • Assist with escalations throughout the recruiting and onboarding phases. • Coordinate and assist with job fairs and college recruiting efforts. • Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts as needed. • Enter all relevant actions related to candidate interviews and onboarding into the Applicant Tracking System daily. • Maintain integrity in Applicant Tracking Systems and Provider Database by documenting all actions accurately. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience preferred. • Proficiency in various computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management. • Ability to handle stress and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Ability to handle confidential data and adapt to change. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Familiarity with modern office equipment. Nice-to-haves • Experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources is a plus. • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
