Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate will assist in managing client relationships and workflows, ensuring client goals are met through operational knowledge in risk, investments, and planning. Responsibilities Support advising teams in all aspects of client relationship management, including client/household scheduling, servicing, and ensuring client information is correct and consistent Prepare presentation material for client and prospect meetings with high level of attention to detail Attend client meetings to support our advising teams with memorialization of meeting notes and action items Complete all follow up/action items that arise during client interactions, including servicing items and ownership from start-to-finish of all operational procedures Complete periodic internal reviews of managed households/ clients; working to identify areas of opportunity and data inconsistencies to review with our advising teams Exemplify excellent communication skills across multiple business units, working collaboratively towards client goals with key stakeholders Gain an understanding of Northwestern Mutual product selection including risk, wealth, holistic planning, and the integration of all three concepts Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to share and develop skills and best practices Ad-Hoc project requests as they arise Skills 1-2 years in financial services preferred, experience in financial planning is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent secondary education.
