Client Relations & Communications Specialist (Calling) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time / Contract Our company is seeking a Client Relations & Communications Specialist who will serve as the central point of contact for clients throughout their credit repair and funding journey. This role focuses on high-quality client communication, relationship management, and retention. You will be responsible for guiding clients from onboarding through completion while ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and scheduled follow-ups with clients. • Provide clear explanations of the credit repair and funding process, timelines, and expectations. • Conduct regular check-ins to update clients on progress, answer questions, and gather any required documents. • Handle retention outreach for inactive, hesitant, or at-risk clients to encourage engagement and reactivation. • Maintain detailed and accurate notes in CRM systems for all client interactions. • Address concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary. • Deliver high-level customer care to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success. • Collaborate with internal teams (dispute processing, funding advisors, onboarding) to ensure smooth client experience. Requirements • Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish is ideal). • Experience in credit repair, funding, financial services, or customer service. • Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and empathetic. • Ability to manage a high volume of calls while staying organized and consistent. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, call systems, and digital communication tools. • Self-motivated, reliable, and skilled at building rapport over the phone.
