You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional service and support throughout their travel planning. What you’ll do • Design personalized travel itineraries that reflect clients' faith-based interests and preferences. • Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide expert recommendations. • Research and book accommodations, transportation, and activities that enhance the spiritual journey. • Build relationships with vendors and partners to secure the best options for clients. • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after trips to ensure a seamless experience. • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and religious events that may interest clients. • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the travel planning process. Basic qualifications • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
