CFO FOR HIRE (FOUNDERS / FRACTIONAL)
We’re hiring a Fractional CFO — builders only. Shekels Inc is an early-stage fintech company building a next-generation POS and payments platform for restaurants and bars. We’re past the idea phase and entering the build + capital phase — and we’re looking for the right financial leader to help shape the trajectory. This is not a bookkeeping role. This is a strategic finance seat. What we need: • A fractional CFO or senior finance operator • Startup + fundraising experience (pre-seed / seed) • Ability to build models, runway strategy, and investor narrative • Comfortable working directly with the founder • Knows how to turn vision into numbers investors trust What this is: • Fractional / advisory to start • Equity + cash (structure flexible) • Real ownership of financial strategy • A chance to build something from the ground up We’re not looking for a resume — we’re looking for someone who wants to help build a real company, not just consult from the sidelines.
