About the Role As a Provider Relations Associate, you will be supporting our Medicaid provider community as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM MST; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities • Using a computerized system, respond to Montana Medicaid provider inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures. • Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems • Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations • Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner • Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date • Verify documentation and images • Attend scheduled staff meetings • Complete required assigned training • Track daily task for quality review • Providing exceptional customer service • Communicate with team members or supervisors about any issues or discrepancies • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion • Comply with data integrity and security policies • Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as needed Requirements • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education • Have prior office or administrative experience • Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers • Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship • Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening Nice-to-haves • Call center/provider relations experience is preferred • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is preferred • Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation knowledge is preferred • Medicaid experience is preferred Benefits • $16-$17 per hour based on experience (bi-weekly pay) • Paid on-the-job training • Supportive team environment • Opportunity for advancement within the company • Health, dental, and vision insurance (if full time) • Paid time off and holidays • 401K and matching • Employee discount program • Full-Time employees are eligible for Dependent Care benefits that will assist with expenses from day care, after school programs or elder care programs Apply tot his job
