Business Operations Manager: 18A Business Line

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our business operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Join us at Intel and make a significant impact in driving the future of technology. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability for the 18A Business Line. Oversee and manage all aspects of the business operations, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and process improvement. Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align on business goals and drive successful outcomes. Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the 18A Business Line and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Manage and mitigate risks related to operations and implement effective risk management strategies. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and accountability. Represent Intel's values and culture at all times and uphold the company's standards of excellence. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise. Drive the growth and success of the 18A Business Line through strategic planning and execution.
