Business Intelligence Engineer, Inbound Operations & Technology
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer who will enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. You will analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities. Monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existing program implementation. Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
