Business Development Representative - Remote - Orange County, CA

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help them continue delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. The best applicant for this role will have at least three years of direct sales experience in MRO, hospitality, multi-family housing, or renovations. Will need to have exceptional customer service skills, be a self-motivated multi-tasker and familiar with Service Titan. MUST RESIDE IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA. This is role is remote but this is also where the territory is located. Must have reliable transportation. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Prospecting, Cold Calling, Pursuing / Opening New Accounts • Building / Maintaining Relationships with Key Stakeholders & Decision Makers • Contacting current customers and identifying new services. • Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products. • Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes. • Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable. • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service. • Working closely with our Sales / Service Teams to ensure customer needs are met. • Other duties as required. Qualifications and Skills: • 5 years of outside sales experience. • 3 years minimum selling to Hospitality, Multi-Family, Hospitals, Renovation, Buildings Superintendents, Facility Engineers. • Strong attention to details and follow-up calls. • Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude. Travel: Must be local to Orange County area. Monthly auto allowance and fuel card provided.
