The Business Development Representative will be responsible for sourcing opportunities by setting exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients and growing the customer network through cold calls and emails. Responsibilities Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients in order to source opportunities for your VP of Sales Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market Make 350+ cold calls per week Cold email prospective customers Book 2-3 meetings per week Sit in on Exploratory meetings with your VP of Sales Skills Proven track record of success Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Highly competitive Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated Benefits PTO Insurance 401(K) Work from home on Fridays 20 work from home days per year (in addition to WFH Fridays) Wednesday catered lunches Gym membership at on-site gym facilities Frequent company events Company Overview Energy CX is an energy brokerage company that offers energy procurement, sustainability solutions and utility services.
