Pipeline Creation (Self-Generated) You are fully responsible for your pipeline through: • Existing relationships and professional network • Strategic outreach and referrals • Industry conversations and partnerships • Digital prospecting and direct engagement No inbound leads. No SDR support. This is true business development ownership. 2. Full-Cycle Sales Responsibility You will lead every phase of the sales process: • Prospecting and qualification • Executive-level discovery conversations • Solution positioning and alignment • Proposal development (with internal support) • Commercial negotiation and closing • Post-close transition and relationship handover You don’t “pass deals over.” You close what you start. 3. After onboarding, working hours are fully flexible and self-managed.
