Role Summary Powertek USA LLC is seeking an experienced Business Case Development Consultant to support strategic initiatives across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. The consultant will evaluate emerging technologies, analyze financial and operational feasibility, and build compelling business cases that guide high-value investment decisions. Key Responsibilities • Develop end-to-end business cases for new programs, technologies, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct feasibility studies, cost–benefit analyses, and ROI modeling. • Identify risks, operational impacts, and financial implications across multiple scenarios. • Evaluate market opportunities and alignment with client strategic priorities. • Build detailed financial models including revenue projections, cost structures, and adoption assumptions. • Prepare clear, persuasive reports and executive-ready presentations that summarize findings and recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject-matter experts, and technical leads to validate inputs and assumptions. • Support portfolio decision-making through structured, data-driven analysis. Qualifications • 7–12 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or energy sector analysis. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, investment evaluation, and scenario analysis. • Proven experience developing business cases for large organizations or public-sector clients. • Familiarity with energy markets, utility operations, renewable energy, clean tech, or emerging technologies is an advantage. • Ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred. Soft Skills • Independent, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams. • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
