Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description We are seeking Brokers to sell Medicare products. This role involves identifying potential clients, educating them about Medicare, also Medicare/Medicaid plans, and assisting them in selecting the best options to meet their needs. Brokers will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and strive to achieve personal/individual targeted sales goals. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and support to work from your preferred location while supporting clients effectively. You will receive personal support and continue training/education from a team that has been in the market for more than 30 years. Qualifications • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build client relationships • Knowledge of Medicare plans, guidelines, and compliance requirements • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to meet targets • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to remote work environments • Preferred qualifications, but not necessary, include prior experience as a sales agent or broker, knowledge of the healthcare industry, and relevant licensing or certifications.
