Delta Air Lines is seeking a professional, bilingual Flight Attendant for our Los Angeles (LAX) base, specializing in our trans-Pacific routes. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and Korean to provide an exceptional, safe, and comfortable experience for our international customers. Core Responsibilities: In addition to all standard safety and service duties, this role requires you to utilize your Korean language skills to assist passengers, make in-flight announcements, and ensure seamless communication for a diverse clientele. You will be a key ambassador of Delta's brand on our critical international routes. Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must meet all standard Flight Attendant qualifications, including being at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US. Crucially, applicants must be fluent in both English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking). This will be verified through a language proficiency test. No visible tattoos in uniform. Training & Work Schedule: This position begins with our 6-week paid training in Atlanta, GA. This role requires full flexibility for a variable international roster, which includes long-haul flights, extended layovers, and the ability to work any 'day time' or 'night shift' schedule, including weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $38,000 to $60,000, plus flight pay. This position also includes a 'language pay' differential for certified bilingual speakers. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, and global travel privileges.
