We are looking for driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow our client base. --- Job Overview: As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and closing deals with businesses that can benefit from our premium outsourcing services. You will generate your own leads, manage the entire sales process, and close deals to help clients achieve their goals through our staffing solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in an independent environment and want to earn uncapped commission on the revenue they bring in. --- Responsibilities: - Identify and source your own leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and referrals. - Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand their needs and present Quickteam’s value proposition. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they continue to use our services. - Achieve sales targets and consistently bring in new business. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. - Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. --- What We Offer: - 10% Lifetime Commission: Earn 10% of all revenue generated by the clients you bring in for the lifetime of their contract. - Flexible, remote work environment with the freedom to manage your own schedule. - Unlimited earning potential—your success is directly tied to the revenue you generate. - Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a fast-growing company. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-only or entrepreneurial environment. - Ability to source, prospect, and close your own leads independently. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, calls, etc.) and client-facing interactions. - Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working autonomously. - Experience in selling staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment services is a plus. - Experience selling to the medical industry is a plus.
