Assist in the production process by following established procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and responsible manner. Prepare and package products for shipping according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Display a strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks accurately and on time. Show attention to detail in all aspects of the production process. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the company. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed. Handle packages and materials with care to ensure the timely and safe delivery to customers. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
