Description: Talent Acquisition Coordinators will partner and work closely with Talent Acquisition professionals to move candidates through the hiring process to hire. There are 2 parts of the recruitment process where coordinators will be needed. The coordinator will be selected to work on either the Front-End Recruiting Process or Pre-Employment. Candidate should have the flexibility to move to either part of the process. Front End Recruiting Process Responsibilities include: • Enter and post requisitions in Workday • Attend and may conduct intake calls with hiring managers (Recruitment Strategy Discussions) • Some candidate sourcing • Screening candidates for qualifications and sending them over to the hiring manager • Conduct Phone screens for some requisitions • Following up with hiring manager on status of requisitions Pre-Employment Process (PEP) Responsibilities Include: • Review and monitor BCK checks • Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers on status • Ensure candidates are Ready for Hire on target start date Ideal Candidates will have: • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience (ideal but not required) • Quick learner and be coachable to receive feedback on performance • Good time management skills: follow-up and follow through on deliverables • Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions and/or BCK checks • Attention to detail • Customer Service oriented; experience with challenging customers, candidates and/or hiring managers • Strong oral and written communication skills • Great collaboration and relationship building skills • High degree of personal accountability for results • Flexibility to work on different assignments within the department These candidates will support one of the following groups: IT, Marketing, Data Analyst (part of IT), or Bck and Onboarding Skills: recruiter, full cycle recruiting, Recruiting, Recruitment, Full cycle, powerpoint, Talent acquisition, Human resources Top Skills Details: recruiter,full cycle recruiting Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma REQUIRED Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field (recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, HR Admin) 3 Must Haves: • organizational skills - handling multiple task or projects at once and being able to hit deadlines and know how to prioritize • Experience working in multiple systems including Microsoft • ATS experience (Workday is a plus) Nice to Haves: Full cycle recruiting Workday experience Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
