Industry Expertise: • Strong understanding of employee health insurance benefits, including plan design and funding arrangements. • Familiarity with health insurance industry terminology. • Ability to interpret and analyze health benefit plan descriptions. • Experience interacting with health insurance carrier representatives. • Direct involvement in the analysis, design, and implementation of a broad range of health insurance benefit programs. • Proven success in client-facing roles and contributing to project delivery. Responsibilities: • Analyze complex health insurance plan data, including claims experience, renewal projections, and financial performance. • Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations that drive strategic decisions. • Serve as a technical resource and secondary consultant for select clients. • Manage project delivery—planning, budgeting, and ensuring timely execution. • Contribute to practice development initiatives and process improvements. • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and opportunity identification. • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of opportunity, development and community.
