As an Area Manager, you will play a critical role in leading teams to deliver operational excellence, driving business results, and creating a positive work environment. Position at a Glance: Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Greencastle, PA (Remote work options available) Position: Area Manager - Floor Operations Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Job Summary: As an Area Manager - Floor Operations at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive business results, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. You will communicate effectively with individuals and groups, implement business plans, monitor productivity, and develop associates to achieve facility goals.
