Architectural 3D Modeler + Interior Design Consultant Needed for Custom Home

We are building a custom home and have completed architectural floor plans and elevations (PDFs). We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide plan-accurate 3D modeling along with interior design guidance to help us visualize the home, evaluate design and material options, and confidently communicate decisions to our builder and suppliers. We do not currently have an interior designer, so this role is intended to act as a design partner, using an accurate 3D model as a working tool for collaboration and decision-making — not just for visual presentation. The model should be created directly from the architectural drawings and reflect correct wall locations, ceiling heights, vault geometry (double-vault in main living area), window and door placement, fireplaces, built-ins, and overall spatial relationships. This is not a decorative or marketing-style rendering request; architectural accuracy and proportion are a priority. The project is expected to include a plan-accurate 3D model of the entire home, with particular attention to primary living spaces such as the great room, kitchen, dining and bar areas, while maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout all rooms. In addition to modeling, we are looking for help with: - Defining a cohesive interior design direction - Advising on material selections (flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, feature elements) - Iterating and testing design options directly within the model We are specifically seeking someone who works in a plan-based architectural modeling tool, such as Chief Architect, Revit, Archicad, or disciplined SketchUp with Layout. Visualization-only or AI-only workflows are not a fit for this project.
