The Operations Manager will contribute to their strategic roadmap, engage valued partners, and be immersed in a collaborative and creative data-driven environment entering one of the fastest-growing global verticals by every metric. The ideal candidate will be a highly confident, visionary, and energetic Operations Manager with a demonstrated track record in programme management and SaaS experience, who has worked in a fast-paced evolving IT sector. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for some management reporting, and building strong relationships with leadership, research partners and other key stakeholders; alongside other BAU Operational duties. This is initially an equity-only, 100% remote, part-time role (6-8 hours). Responsibilities • Setting the vision and strategy for the Operations function to support the overall priorities and objectives. • Develop and communicate Key Brand Objectives and Strategies. • Ensuring company operations run efficiently and smoothly • Managing operational process • Customer focus, ensuring the operational elements are being delivered ensuring customer satisfaction • Lead and develop the Operational function • Overseeing day-to-day operations. • Help enhance and foster a network of strategic partnerships. • Supporting the recruitment and hiring process to achieve high-quality hires • Provide input and guidance on workforce planning and reorganizations. • Support company values and culture. • Build stakeholder relationships at all levels. • Work with purpose and deliver fresh ideas with flawless execution. Requirement • Experience scaling a tech startup and meeting high-growth objectives. • Previous experience working as an Operations Manager (or similar role) • Experience in Programme Management, AI and SaaS. • Experience working within a fast-paced technical environment • Experience in working with a remote global team • Degree and/or relevant professional certifications. • 5+ years of professional-level experience leading teams through an Operational process and applying tools. • Experience within a highly regulated sector. • Operations experience within SaaS, AI and Programme Management • Excellent with numbers and highly numerical. • Strong understanding of customer, regional channels, and competitor analysis. • Strategic problem-solving, well-developed collaboration skills and excellent work ethics • Someone who inspires and supports others to succeed. • Experience devising and monitoring KPIs / OKRs • Understanding product development is desirable but not essential • Highly proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and management reporting tools.
