Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and process improvement. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and platforms. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
