As an Airbnb Host, you will be responsible for managing and hosting guests in our Airbnb properties. Responsibilities: • Create and manage Airbnb listings for our properties • Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests prior to their arrival • Welcome guests upon arrival, provide them with information about the property, and answer any questions they may have • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property • Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay • Address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is prepared for each guest • Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any areas for improvement Requirements: • Experience in hospitality or customer service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Familiarity with Airbnb platform and ability to quickly adapt to new technology • Positive and friendly attitude Requirements Experience in hospitality or customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness, ability to multitask and work under pressure, familiarity with Airbnb platform and ability to quickly adapt to new technology, positive and friendly attitude.
