If the system works well, there will be many more projects in the future with higher pay. I am looking for a long-term partner. What I need We want to build an AI system that: Can make outbound phone calls in Hungarian. Speaks in a natural human-like Hungarian voice. Asks a prepared questionnaire during the call. Can handle objections and continue the conversation (not just read text). Records and saves the answers in a structured way (Google Sheets / BigQuery). Automatically generates reports and charts (Google Looker Studio). The system must be able to quickly and securely complete 1000-person surveys – meaning it should handle 3,000–4,000 calls per campaign reliably. ⚠️ I do not want a simplified MVP – the system must be capable of this scale from the beginning. Required technology Google Gemini (LLM for dialog logic) Google Cloud Speech-to-Text (Hungarian speech recognition) Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (Hungarian natural voice) Google Cloud Run / PubSub / BigQuery (integration + database) Google Looker Studio (reporting) Twilio (or similar) for phone call handling Milestones & Timeline ⏳ The entire system must be completed within 2 weeks. Week 1 – MVP Twilio integration: AI can call Hungarian phone numbers and ask questions. STT ↔ Gemini ↔ TTS conversation loop working. Basic answer logging into Google Sheets. Week 2 – Testing & Finalization 50–100 test calls, debugging and improvements. Data storage in BigQuery + dashboard in Looker Studio. Automated campaign execution for 1000 people (3–4k calls). Stable production handover. Payment terms Fixed price: 100 USD 60% paid after the system is delivered and works. 40% paid after 1 week of successful testing. Long-term cooperation For every future project / task, developer will receive 50 USD per job for 1 year. In return, we expect system operation and maintenance during this year. After 1 year, we will renegotiate based on experience. Who I am looking for Developer experienced in Google Cloud + AI + telephony integrations.
