AI Automation Engineer – Extend Existing Salesforce-Based AI Outreach System - N8n / Salesforce Overview We have an AI-driven recruitment outreach system that is ~90% complete and already live in parts. We are looking for an experienced AI / automation engineer to extend and adapt the existing system, not rebuild it. This is a systems integration and orchestration project, not a greenfield build. Existing System (Already Built) The current system does the following: Pulls candidate data from Salesforce Uses AI to: Match candidates to job requirements Score candidates across 10+ criteria Builds and manages shortlists in Airtable Allows candidates and AI-generated content to be reviewed and confirmed Generates outreach copy Launches campaigns via Instantly and Heyreach Writes responses back into Salesforce as Leads This system is paid for and operational. The new work must reuse this architecture and logic wherever possible. New System Requirements We want to create a parallel, scalable workflow using the same tech stack. Monthly process: Run 120 predefined Salesforce candidate searches (masterlists), each representing a niche (e.g. Construction – New York) For each search, identify relevant live jobs matching that same niche Generate outreach content based on 1–10 matched jobs per masterlist Jobs should rotate / appear in different orders month to month Launch outreach campaigns via Instantly & Heyreach Write all responses back into Salesforce as Leads Expected volume: 120 campaigns per month Must Reuse (Non-Negotiable) The following should be reused, not rebuilt: Salesforce lead write-back logic Existing AI content generation components Job ↔ candidate matching logic and hard-coded datasets Current tech stack, tools, and infrastructure New Scope (What You’re Actually Building) Orchestration of 120 parallel Salesforce searches Job search + matching logic aligned to each masterlist Job rotation logic per campaign Campaign automation at scale Ideal Candidate Strong experience with Salesforce APIs Proven automation experience with Instantly, Heyreach, or similar outreach tools Comfortable working with existing codebases Experience with AI-driven matching or scoring systems Able to design clean, scalable workflows (not hacky scripts) Deliverables Technical approach / architecture proposal Implementation of the new workflow Clear handover documentation Option for ongoing support (not mandatory) To Apply Please include: Relevant examples of similar n8n automation or AI orchestration projects Your suggested technical approach (high level) Estimated one-off build cost and any ongoing costs or hourly costs Generic AI or chatbot proposals will be ignored.
