Position: AI Agent Developer — Hybrid Role with Redmond Travel We’re seeking technical professionals passionate about building intelligent systems and automation solutions that drive real-world impact. This role sits at the cutting edge of AI innovation—combining large language models, applied machine learning, and platform integration to design and deploy scalable solutions across enterprise client ecosystems. This individual must be comfortable working in a hybrid role, with the ability to travel to the Redmond area up to 4 days per week. As a Technical AI Engineer, Developer for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: • Designing, building, and iterating on intelligent automation solutions using GPT models, Power Platform tools, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI frameworks. • Developing and deploying AI applications , chatbots, or workflow automations that enhance productivity and streamline business operations. • Creating and managing infrastructure to support continuous model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. • Integrating automation and AI solutions across cloud-based systems, Power Platform environments, and enterprise data frameworks. • Applying best practices in compliance , governance, and data security across all automation and AI initiatives. • Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams to translate business challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions. • Testing and validating solutions for performance, accuracy, and real-world reliability, ensuring they align with business and end-user needs. • Documenting technical processes and learnings to support transparency, maintainability, and continuous improvement across teams. This job is for you if: • You’re excited about the world of artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, and love helping others succeed • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and remain calm under pressure • You take initiative, ask smart questions, and can influence decision-making without formal authority • You have a creative, solutions-oriented thought process and enjoy thinking outside the box to solve complex problems • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work — you take ownership of your projects and confidently operate with minimal oversight • You enjoy identifying process gaps and making recommendations for improvements • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving impact You have: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning. • Proficiency in Python for API and application development. • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Studio, AI Foundry, or related services. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and software engineering best practices. • Front-end development experience using React, Type Script, HTML/CSS, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite). • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI models into business workflows. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and data protection principles. You might also have: • Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, Lang Chain, CrewAI). • Exposure to MLOps, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices. • Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, or enterprise system integrations. • Familiarity with Fluent UI, Coherence, or other design systems. • Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles. • We are looking for consultants who are eager to learn and grow.
