Job title: Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Assistant Company: Masters Petersens Flooring & Interior Design Job description: Masters Petersens Flooring & Interior Design is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Assistant who is a quick learner, excels at working in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong desire to work as part of an amazing team, while able to work equally as well independently. This person reports directly to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate must be driven by, and exemplify, these four core values above all else: Hard Work, Teamwork, Customer Service, and Doing the Right Thing Key Roles • Management and reconciliation of Purchase Orders • Update Installation Schedule based on Project Team and Customer needs • Verify that time entered by field personnel ties back to timekeeping system & generate work invoices. • Maintains consumable inventory supplies, restocking and ordering as necessary. • Assists Operations Team in ensuring procedures for tracking, receiving, handling, processing, and distribution of material and equipment are followed. • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team Qualifications/Skills: • Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 software to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Planner • Must possess time management and organizational skills and able to make on-the spot changes, as project dictates and scheduling conflicts arise. • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High School degree, some college or degree desirable. • 4 years of administrative and/or scheduling experience • Valid driver's license REQUIRED ATTITUDE: Positive, patient, engaging, supportive, determined. Must help to perpetuate a positive client experience. REQUIRED HABITS: Must be Obsessively detailed; consistent and clear communication, organization of day / tasks / trips / etc., diligence, and persistence.
