About Bluum - Bluum is a paid media team focused on making marketing work. We run performance driven campaigns, communicate clearly, and stay honest about results. The Role - We’re hiring an Account Strategist to manage client accounts and performance across paid media platforms. This role owns strategy, client communication, and ongoing optimization. Responsibilities - - Manage day to day client communication - Own paid media strategy and performance - Review and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube - Share clear performance updates and next steps - Coordinate with creative and CRO as needed - Identify opportunities to test, scale, or improve efficiency Requirements - - Strong communication skills - Ability to connect performance data to business goals - Organized and reliable - Comfortable managing multiple clients - Paid media experience or a solid foundation with willingness to learn Nice to Have - - Google Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Ads experience - Lead generation or performance marketing background - Agency or client-facing experience Commitment - - We operate during normal business hours, so Slack comms etc during the day are preferred We understand this is not a full time role and respect your time and will not be scheduling outside of your calendar availability. That being said, we treat everyone associated with Bluum as a true part of the team sending swag, flying out for team events, and celebrating everything in between.
