Account Representative

As an Account Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with current clients across a defined territory. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate new sales opportunities within a geographic territory Qualify leads and move them through the full sales cycle using a consultative approach Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce Partner cross-functionally with implementation and support teams to ensure client success Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective RealPage clients Build and maintain a strong internal network with multiple sales supporting resources Deliver compelling presentations and product demos in collaboration with Sales Engineers Engage VP and C-suite decision-makers, navigating complex buying structures Demonstrate ROI and business value of RealPage solutions to drive adoption Operate effectively within a dynamic team selling environment Skills You have a 4-year degree in Business or related field, or 4+ years of relevant sales experience You've worked in B2B field sales or inside sales for at least 1 year and exceeded quotas You have experience selling complex, solution-based products and services You are driven by results, enjoy consultative sales, and thrive in a structured sales process You can confidently present to executive-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles You are highly organized, self-directed, and motivated by personal and team growth You're tech-comfortable, especially with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms Experience in real estate, multifamily housing, or PropTech is a plus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
